Research has shown for quite a long time now that video sessions can be as effective as face-to-face ones. They are a great option in case you have to stay or prefer to stay home !
Additional instruction during the video sessions help to ensure that they become as good in intensity and value as regular face-to-face one's.

Payment of Remote Sessions
For practical reasons, remote sessions have to be paid in advance via Paypal/credit card or through Stripe. Twint is also possible. Many thanks for your understanding! For clients having attended already presential sessions, the normal invoicing can take place as usual.
